EN: Unlike other summers, this summer I wore a lot of black. Proof: today's look. Perhaps it fits my current state of mind and therefore I insist with more black.
What can I say, this fringed dress is wow, but it has a "little" drawback: you can see my panties when I stroll like a diva on the streets of Bucharest. :)) And you know that people never stare or make inappropriate comments on the streets. :)) Exactly, they do it even when you are dressed decently.
Now I think you are asking yourself two normal questions: why the hell you went out of the house knowing everyone could see your underwear and how did you walked like that?
The answers are pretty simple: when this lunatic tried on the dress no underwear showed up in the picture (I guess I take bigger steps on the street, maybe a little wind contributed too). As for how did she walked like that: fortunately she had a rather large bag in her hand and held it in front all the way, no, it wasn't obvious she was hiding something. :)))

Maybe you notice a different hairdo too. What do you think about it?
Anyway since I've made these photos my hair color changed considerably. If you follow me on Facebook you know what I'm talking about.

EN: It seems that lately I'm unable to post more often. Must be the summer air that keeps me away from blogging. :D I do have a lot of outfits photographed, so clearly this isn't the problem. And since I have them, I must begin showing them to you. So today we have one casual dress with an interesting detail. If it doesn't have an interesting detail, this girl won't like it. :)) We also have some chunky shoes, why have long sexy legs with a pair of heels when we can wear these shoes?! :)) And accessories, of course! This is the outfit. Make abstraction of the hair, the bangs didn't had their best day. 
The dress is so comfy that I could wear it all summer, if it didn't had long sleeves. I just rolled them for this look.

EN: Yes, instead of posting more often as I said in my latest post, I'm posting even more rarely. Life has been more hectic than I've expected. Every day I have been on the run, so when I finally got a break today my first thought was to make a post on the blog. I missed doing it! 
Of course I'm going to show you soon some photos from the events I've attended lately and they have been a few. I'm also thinking of doing a video in the near future. In fact, I thought for a while about it, but didn't had the time, nor the patience to learn how to edit a video. But I will! 
About the outfit: is finally a more colorful one. I've noticed that in the last month almost all my outfits included black and not so cheerful colors, like they usually did. A change had to be done so today we're having fuchsia, blue, light pink, white.
The piece of resistance are these cool sandals from Bershka via Kurtmann. That transparent heel is pretty amazing. You agree? And the fact they are comfortable is such a big plus. I could wear them non-stop.

EN: Oh, man, is been a while since my last outfit post! The truth is I have been a bit busy these last weeks, but also in no mood to post something. I guess summer does that to a person, makes it wanna go out more and have fun. :)
The outfit you are seeing today is the one I wore at the Digital Divas event. You can also notice a new hair color and haircut. What do you think about it? In love with that orange, but unfortunately after just two washes I'm almost a blondie. Already thinking of my next hair color. It will be a wild one, as most of the ones I had were.
You already saw this coat in a previous post, as well as the watch. The novelty in this outfit is this laser cut faux leather mini dress in black & lime. Is pretty awesome and is modern and cool, just how I like it. You will definitely stand out from the crowd in a dress like this. You can wear it at an event or on a night out.

Uh-la-la, summer is here! I can only think of sandy beaches, the blue sea, the warm sun, the flirty looks, the tanned skin. I already had a mini-vacation at the sea side a few days ago and the weather was amazing. Hope this summer will be all about this kind of vacations.
We want to look our best when we are relaxing at the beach or the pool, that is why we focus on what swimwear to choose. EN: Fringes, baby! They look so cool! I especially love them in black outfits. This dress from Walktrendy stole my heart! So I dolled up and took her out in the world. :D It was a must, don't you think?
I have lots of outfits that are waiting to be posted, in many of them I even wear jackets, so you can imagine I took the photos a while ago. I haven't managed to load them on the blog, but I hope I will pretty soon. Until then I leave you with the one from today. My lack of inspiration is very noticeable tonight, so I better go before debiting nonsense.

EN: The suit dress is very in trend right now. Although I'm not a trend follower, when I love an item I do wear it. I think the suit dress brings more chicness and at the same time sexiness to a look. It can make you more confident and can be easily dressed up or down: perfect for office or a business meeting, but also perfect for a casual day when wore with sneakers. I could also definitely wore the one from today without the skirt if I went clubbing. For day time, not so appropriate without the skirt, because is a bit short.

EN: OK, I confess, I really liked New Kids On The Block in my teenager years. That's why the title of this post. I even had posters with them, in fact I had posters with a lot of musicians and actors. They were all duct taped to my closet. :)) It looked like an altar. What music band you loved most when you were a teenager?
And although the title says "cool kid" I wasn't that cool kid everyone loved. I was the misfit, the weird, the kid that played football or handball with the boys, dressed in loose clothes or in sports shorts (you know why, for the football). I was the best at skanderberg, I was the one studying and reading when everyone else was going out, I've collected stamps and chewing gum surprises (Turbo mostly). I was the kid that would rebel and fight for everyone's rights. I hated injustice, I still do. I was the kid that wasn't afraid of anything and thought conquering the world was a piece of cake.
I frequently miss that kid.
I became the woman I am today because of that kid. I've had a lot of difficulties and hard times along the way, but I do hope a part of that kid is still here. I just need to bring it to surface.
But today you will see the woman, that sometimes acts like a kid (a photo below will show you that :))) and sometimes is more serious than an elder.

EN: Ok, I must admit, I wasn't a watch aficionado. That was until I saw the JORD watches and felt deeply in love with them! Parcă deja vara e aici, atât de cald a fost zilele trecute. Chiar am purtat prima oară anul ăsta o pereche de sandale și m-am simțit atât de bine! Nu știu dacă v-am spus, dar sandalele sunt tipul meu de încălțăminte preferat, mi se pare că varietatea de modele e mai mare și te simți cel mai confortabil în ele. EN: Folks, how are you today? Did you celebrated the International Worker's Day on May 1? I never do something special for that occasion, unlike most of my fellow Romanians. Well, in fact, I did something different, I went out in a club, but on May 2nd. Clubbing is not my type of entertainment so I do it very rarely. I usually like to hear people when they are talking to me. :))
The rest of the weekend I just did a big nothing, I think spring asthenia is having a lot of saying here. I hope you did something more interesting than me and you will tell me all about it.

Yes, what can I say, that day I felt the need to show my belly button and my sculptured abdomen. :)) You know the saying: once you grow old, you go cuckoo. :)) Influenced by these cuckoo birds, me, a woman at almost 32, decided it was the right moment to parade my stomach. I don't know if it was my most wise decision taking in account I've received a lot of comments on the streets, but trust me when I say you will see my like this again. :)) In other words, I haven't learned a thing from this experience.

EN: Last Friday I've met up with Rox from Braidy in a lovely park from Bucharest so she can work her magic. Her magic being the creation of beautiful braids. I've chose this Russian-style braiding thinking of this skirt I have for a while now. Rox did these cute braids in just 10 minutes and I like how they turned out. Braids are really in trend now so if you are thinking of this type of hairdo, you must know that Braidy comes to your home or office, you don't have to go to a beauty salon.

This being said let me now tell you my bf's reaction to my braids: "Sid, is that you?!". If you don't know who Sid is, I will tell you. I've tried it for a month and a half and now I can tell you what I think about it, if it does what it promises or not. But first, let's see what it promises: "Filled with Omega 3, 5 and 7, Macadamia Oil mimics your scalp's natural oil production to revitalize dry, damaged and color-treated hair of all textures. Hair's natural texture is instantly renewed with healthy shine, bounce and manageability". 
My hair is thin and soft, but it tangles a lot. Also my hair tips are split. I began using this mask and after the first application my hair looked more healthier and it didn't tangled and it smelled divine. I just love how this masks smells, better than any perfume! I simply adore that smell and it stays on your hair for a while.

EN: I believe in clothes versatility. I think most of the clothes can be worn in various combinations. You just have to not be afraid to experiment, to dare, to think of the most crazy and unexpected combos, those are the ones that makes an outfit unique. One of the most versatile piece of clothing is the classic little black dress. You have tons of ways you can make a LBD unforgettable. For example in today's post I wear a simple midi black dress, accessorized in both outfits with the same accessories, the only difference is the shoes. And is a big difference, because they transform the outfit from casual to elegant. You see, just a small change and you can create a different look. Think about it, if I've changed the accessories, let's say with some punk-cool ones, and instead of the blazer I wore a jacket, a new outfit had been born. The ways in which you can wear this dress are endless. I would also have loved it with a pair of white sneakers and a bomber or varsity jacket, a sporty-chic ensemble.

How to have the perfect manicure

EN: I was telling you in one of my previous posts about my experience at Beauty Studio 1 Dream . That time I've tried a new hairdo and made an appointment for a semi-permanent manicure. I never tried this type of manicure and I was curious how it will turn out. At first I thought I will let my nails grow a little more, but I decide it to try it with my short nails. 
The process is more complex than the one for a simple manicure, more steps need to be followed. An UV lamp is a must for this type of manicure. It also has more advantages than the classic manicure. Let me enumerate some: it lasts up to 3 weeks even if you wash dishes, clean the house and so on, it protects and strengthens the nails, is the perfect choice for the persons that have a few time on their hands, if you are bored with the color you've chose you can always apply a normal nail polish over it and delete it any time you want with solvent without acetone (the initial layer, from the salon, won't be affected in any way).
I think the process took around 45 minutes. I chose a bright color, perfect for spring. 
The people at Beauty Studio 1 Dream are a team of professionals and I'm happy with the result.

EN: Hello, darlings! Hope you had a lovely Easter, those of you who celebrated it this Sunday. I had a nice dinner with my family and after that met up with my girls, Adina & Mihaela, and spent a night full of laughters and fun. You won't believe how crazy girls can get when they are put together in a room for a night. :)) We had the most unbelievable conversations and danced to the worst music. :)) Is a good thing we didn't filmed the experience, if it got in the wrong hands we would have been blackmailed for life. :)))

On another note, this outfit was wore a while ago. It seems I have a thing for blue, although my favorite color is green. I'm pretty much in love with this beaded pleated skirt, is just gorgeous! You can find it on black too. I chose this color because is more appropriate for spring. If you are wondering how you can wear this skirt you can go with a combination similar to mine: a simple top and heels or you can dare more and wear a printed top or shirt.

The shoes were another bargain from Stradivarius online, caught them on sales along with the ones I've showed you here and here and another pair I hadn't worn yet. And I'm not kidding when I say bargain, all 4 pairs cost me 52 euros.

EN: I was planning this photo shoot for a month and a half, in fact all that I was planning was to be able to convince my bf to take some photos together. He said yes in many occasions, but his lack of time and the bad weather stood in our way to carry out the photo shooting. Last Sunday the miracle happened! He had some free time, the weather was pretty nice and we had a bonus also: my brother's dear Labrador, the great Pixel, was staying at our place for a few days. :D Pixel isn't the most obedient dog, at least with us, he is all over the place, so I thought we will be up for a challenge including him in this photo shoot. Believe me, I never expected Pixel to be the most understanding one, but he was, unlike my boyfriend and my father, the photographer. The bf didn't listened to me, I said: "Hey, baby, can you stay in this place and do this or that?!". His reply: "No, no, no, the people will stare at me, I'm embarrassed". Ok, I get it, he is not used to be in front of the camera, but come on, I think only two people passed by and they didn't even looked at us. Another thing, I was trying to stay in the middle of the road, so you won't see that many cars around and he was always moving in front of a parked car. How fun! This was the bf, let me tell you a few words about the father too. :)) In the past, he was my photographer, I had good photos, all fine. Well, Sunday, 99% of the photos were blurry, and I'm not talking a little blurry, I'm talking like: "What is that in the photo, is that the dog or Mona, is that you?!" That kind of blurry. I was so happy, like a real lady walking her little chihuahua and thinking about the fabulous photos she will have...hmm, boy, was I incredibly wrong! :)))
All in all, this is the final result, far from what I had in mind, but...

EN: You might remember from one of my posts from last week about the new hairdo I've tried. Well, I've also made some outfit photos that day and here they are now. I'm wearing this perfect blouse that I'm in love with and now I'm thinking I should have got it in other colors too. Is available also in black and blue. Pair it with some skinny jeans and heels and got a cute bohemian-modern look.
This week started with terrible weather, it feels like winter. Last week wasn't so great either, incredible windy, but I had some fun and engaging activities so I hadn't got time to complain that much about it. :)) To talk about my activities briefly: On Wednesday I've met with my fellow bloggers for the Deichmann S/S 2015 collection launch and spent a nice time together, on Thursday I said yes to the invitation of Creative Ideas at the Easter workshop where I've made a lovely Easter wreath (you can see it on Instagram). Let's not forget I've spilled my coffee on my white shirt 15 minutes after I've got there and I had to spent the next 2 hours with a lovely stain. Well, also spilled it on my chair and sit there, I was lucky you couldn't see any stains because of my colorful skirt. I've glued my fingers with the glue gun, ohh, how it hurt! :)) Someone almost spilled my food plate on my again white shirt with brown stain. I've made some interesting juggling and managed to catch the plate. All in all it was a fun experience. :)) On Sunday made a photo shoot including my boyfriend and my brother's dog, a great Labrador Retriver. Fun again! So now you can see why I had no time to complain. :D

EN: Hello, sugar pies! It's almost the end of the week and I'm hoping for a weekend full of activities if the weather will allow it. The past weekend was rainy and windy and I was stuck indoors. I'm still hoping for warmer days of spring and for the trees to be green and in bloom. 
As for the outfit, this time I went with the classic black and white combo. I wore a lace dress, is been a while since I wore anything lace, and chose to accessorize it with only black pieces. I think it gives more chicness to the outfit. I'm in love with the retro shoes, that by the way were a bargain. Bought them on sales at Stradivarius for only 9 euros.

It's time for a new hairdo!

EN: Lately I just wore my hair straight and when I found out a new beauty studio has just opened in town I thought is time for a new hairdo. Raluca Racoviță is a fresh name in the beauty industry, she is a hair stylist and a make-up artist, so I was more than happy to leave my hair in her hands. EN: Sweeties, welcome to my blog! I have a very cute post for you today. When I received this gorgeous dress from Chi Chi I instantly thought that I need to make a special photo shoot, because this dress truly deserves it. Some balloons were perfect to add more cuteness to the outfit. The ones from La Party really cheered up the atmosphere. I chose the colors to match my outfit. It was such a fun photo shoot and I hope you like how the photos turned out!

Before I let you enjoy the photos I have to say that this is the most wonderful, feminine and dreamy dress ever. I felt great wearing it! Can easily be worn to a party or a garden party and even to a special event like a wedding. Find the Essie dress right here.

EN: Hi, guys! I'm going through a difficult period. After feeling very ill last week I took some exams and found out I have some health issues I didn't knew about, two important ones. So from now on I need to stick to a precise diet for...I don't know, all my life maybe. I just have a few options of aliments (a very short list) I can eat and I have to say goodbye forever to chocolate (my favorite), coffee and sweets in general. I don't want to make a tragedy out of this, but this news got me by surprise and I still need some time to accept it. As you could have guessed already I wasn't in the mood for outfit photos lately, the weather didn't helped either and I heard is going to be worse these days, snow and shit. This look is from 3 weeks ago. I still have another one prepared and I hope after that I will be able to shoot some other outfits too.

EN: Hello, gals! I'm back with a new look. Can you believe I thought of this combo with just 5 minutes before I went out the door?! I needed to go somewhere and almost wanted to quit going because I didn't know what to wore and then suddenly the idea of this outfit crossed my mind. I think it turned out quite nicely for an outfit prepared in such short time. Do you agree? Do you ever find yourself in this situation?

Să întâmpinăm primăvara în ținute șic!

Ahh, a venit primăvara!! Neapărat se cere semnul exclamării aici, pentru că o așteptam de ceva timp. Ador primăvara, natura se transformă într-un mod extraordinar. E anotimpul propice pentru ținute vaporoase, pentru combinații magice de haine colorate, de rochii înflorate și fel de fel de ținute șic. Eu d-abia aștept să le port și să le etalez aici pe blog. Mă gândesc cu plăcere și la cum îmi voi accesoriza ținutele. Îmi place ca primăvara să port și mai multe accesorii colorate. Mă focusez atât pe bijuterii, cât și pe pantofi și genți. O geantă bine aleasă poate completa o ținută într-un mod aparte. Îmi plac gențile care au acel "je ne sais quoi", care sunt deosebite. 
Îmi imaginez o rochie lungă, albă vaporoasă combinată cu o geacă biker maro sau bleumarin, cu multe coliere lungi, cu brățări faine la care să adaug o geantă în franjuri. Am selectat-o pe cea în formă de inimioară de la Manier.ro (o găsiți aici, disponibilă și pe alte culori). E adorabilă și s-ar potrivi de minune cu o astfel de ținută. Are un design diferit care sigur va atrage atenția celor din jur. O recomand pentru o varietate de ținute, nu numai pentru cele în stil boho.
