EN: With this selection of photos I want to make the announcement that I've joined the army, therefore my long absence from the blog. You have to know that it isn't that bad in the forces, from time to time they let us do photo shootings in places that are interesting and full of history. As you can see, I've been forced to cut my hair, not for other reasons but because I haven't done it for 3 months. Also you might have noticed that I have Germany's flag on my jacket. Well, our army was already full and besides that my skills were needed in a more advanced army. I can't complain, it was about time I had a schedule, my lifestyle was pretty chaotic.In other news, I'm glad I'm back to blogging. I haven't made an outfit post since the beginning of July (here). But I'm here now and ready to rock the stage. :)) In the breaks between the instructions I will shoot a few photos and other outfits will be ready for publishing in the next days.

What do I wear? Now that fall is here for the next couple of months, this question is already on every's fashion aficionados lips. To have an on trend and cool look I will introduce you with 10 pieces of clothing under 20$, great price and great designs. Include them in your wardrobe and you will feel great.
A key ingredient for making an outfit fantastic is confidence, if you have it you can rock anything. You have to love what you wear, feel good in those clothes. It doesn't matter how much they cost, if they have a low or a high price, it doesn't matter if they are designers items or not, all that matters is that you feel great wearing them. If they give you a boost of confidence wear them!

Odată cu trecerea timpului, pielea suferă transformări intense, atât din cauza înaintării în vârstă cât și din alte cauze externe, cum ar fi: razele ultraviolete, stresul, poluarea sau alimentația dezechilibrată. În timp, vitalitatea și numărul celulelor conjunctive (fibroblastele) scade, pierdem colagen, elastină și acid hialuronic mai mult decât producem.

Pentru producerea de colagen si elastina, fibroblastele utilizeaza un suport nutritiv: aminoacizii. Cu cat este mai mare concentratia de aminoacizi in piele, cu atat mai mult creste cantitatea de colagen si elastina secretata de fibroblaste.
